Our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee is separate from our physical return policy.
Customers may request a refund under this guarantee even if the product has been opened and used as intended. Vowden reserves the right to deny refund requests where there is evidence of misuse, abuse, fraudulent activity, or repeated refund claims.
This guarantee applies to first-time purchases only and is limited to one claim per customer household.

30-Day Physical Return Window (For Unopened Products)
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Incorrect Shipping Information

Vowden is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect addresses provided by customers.
Damages and issues
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you, at our discretion based on stock availability
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and quality-control reasons, opened supplement containers cannot be returned for resale or exchange.
However, this restriction does not affect your eligibility for our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Orders with a subtotal of R1,000 or more qualify for free standard shipping within South Africa, calculated after any applicable discounts.
Refunds

For approved physical returns, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
For approved claims under our 90-Day Money-Back Guarantee, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
